the staff was super helpful and attentive! our room was huge, like seriously spacious, and it had this cool separate bathroom area. breakfast delivered right to the room? yes, please! and when we arrived, they even gave us a glass of port. it was seriously like staying in a castle!

The wifi only worked in certain spots in the room. That was a bit of a bummer. I had to move around to get a signal.

The staff was so warm and cute, always ready to assist. My Beautiful Suite River View was huge! Breakfast served to the room was amazing, and had more food than I could eat.

a fine building with great service

french doors natural light comfortable bed

Our room had double french doors opening to the street. this gave us plenty of natural light! the shower in the bathroom worked very well with hot water and good pressure. The bed was also very comfortable. even though the room faced the street, it was relatively quiet.

there was carpet in the sink area, which seemed a little odd to me.

Really good stay, minor quirks

central location effective air conditioning delicious breakfast

The room was spacious with lovely antiques. The location in the district was central, near shops and many restaurants. Air conditioning was very effective. Breakfast brought to the room included lots of choices on a trolley, delicious.

The plumbing made a rumbling noise when flushing. This happened every time we flushed the toilet or used the wash basin. The noise was quite noticeable from below the toilet.
